Pack Up & Ship Out
Safely pack up your handpieces and stick on your prepaid shipping label. You can request a USPS pickup or just drop off your package to your local post office.
Receive Your Estimate
Watch out for an email from us with your handpiece repair estimate. Usually you will receive it within 2 days!
They're Back!
Just like that! After we receive your approval we begin working on your repair right away. Most of the time your handpieces will be headed back home to you within 24 to 48 hours of your approval.
